Art of Wellness (AOW) is designed to utilize creative and expressive counseling to promote individual wellness for all! AOW is about living artfully well! The AOW program initially started as campus outreach at Le Moyne College as a way to enhance individual and community well-being. Since then, it has branched out to the public beginning with Art Journaling Weekly. AOW workshops and groups, have included art journaling, creating mandalas, gratitude art journals, visions board and much more to come in the future. AOW programs often work in connection with DeStress Yourself, a program designed to help individual discover new stress management techniques to help lower their level of stress, improve their overall wellness, and enjoy life!
You can find more information about AOW and upcoming events on our Facebook page.
